Download Files to your iPad if a Keyword is Detected in a Monitored Folder
Monitor a folder for PDFs with the keyword such as "Invoice" and download them to another location every hour with FileBrowser for Education Custom Tasks.

Locate the folder with your invoice PDFs on your work server.

Filter the documents to any containing the word "Invoice".
