Download Files to your iPad if a Keyword is Detected in a Monitored Folder
Monitor a folder for PDFs with the keyword such as "Invoice" and download them to another location every hour with Enterprise Files Custom Tasks.
First give your task a name like "Invoice Update"
Use files from...
A preset folder
companyserver/accounts/invoices/
Locate the folder with your invoice PDFs on your work server.
with names matching text...
"Invoice"
Anywhere
case insensitive
Filter the documents to any containing the word "Invoice".
with names matching text...
".pdf"

Now filter the list of documents to any that are PDFs by using ".pdf".

Copy the matching files to your iPad in a folder called Invoices.
Run Task...

Start Task
Tap manual and change it to 1hr. This will run this Custom Task every hour.
